National Committee for Distance Higher Education – CNEAD

As part of efforts to support and improve the quality of distance education, the National Committee for Distance Higher Education (CNEAD) announces the launch of the National Platform for Online Course Evaluation, designed for university instructors who wish to have their online courses assessed in order to obtain an official online teaching certification (cours en ligne).

📋 Registration guide for instructors:

1. Access the platform via the following link: https://oce.umc.edu.dz/

2. Click on the « ➕ » icon

3. Fill in the required fields, then click on « Register »

4. Go to your email and click on the confirmation link

5. Your username will be sent to your email after confirmation

⚠️ Important Note:

This procedure is specifically intended for instructors teaching distance learning courses and who wish to obtain a cours en ligne certificate from the national committee.
